For the first time ever, TripSchool is expanding our TripCon hiring & education event to go to the European market! TripCon is the world’s largest tour director & guide hiring conference—where guides & tour managers from around the world come to celebrate the craft, sharpen your skills in targeted sessions, and meet the operators who are actively recruiting.

The $99 deposit secures your spot at TripCon and TourWeek 2026 and is nonrefundable. The remaining cost of your ticket will be due by June 1, 2025. Tickets are always transferrable up until the start of the event, however, after June 1, 2025 the ticket is non-refundable.
*You can always transfer your ticket to anyone on our waitlist for a $50 fee, however, if you find someone on your own, there is no charge to transfer.
