Recruiting Tour Operators are committed to participating all day on interview day with Tour Directors and Guides. This will take place on Wednesady, November 18 from 9am to 5pm.

Booking Online (Conference Dates Only):

Online bookings can be made for any length of stay between November 15 and 19, 2026. To book your room online, click here to be taken to the TripCon booking portal.

Booking Via Phone (for reservations including dates outside the conference dates):

If you would like to come in earlier than the 15th or stay later than the 19th, you will need to call and make a reservation. To do so, please call (800) 445-8667 and reference our Group Code: 91X.

Important Terms and Conditions:

Our room block is limited, so don't wait to book your room! If you login to your Hilton Honors account, there is no deposit required and the charge won't be made to your credit card until a few days before the conference begins. All reservations can be cancelled through November 12, 2026.

The rate noted above does not include any local or state taxes, which will be shown on the checkout page or disclosed to you if making a reservation over the phone.

To cover you for the unforeseen, we encourage participants to purchase travel insurance, which may include benefits for trip cancellation, trip interruption, missed connection, travel delay, medical expense/emergency evacuation, baggage and personal effects, baggage delay and more.

The $99 deposit secures your spot at TripCon and TourWeek 2026 and is nonrefundable.  The remaining cost of your ticket will be due by June 1, 2026. Tickets are always transferrable up until the start of the event, however, after June 1, 2026 the ticket is non-refundable. 

*You can always transfer your ticket to anyone on our waitlist for a $50 fee, however, if you find someone on your own, there is no charge to transfer. 

Today is the optional (but recommended) arrival day! Come in before the big events kick off tomorrow and explore Louisville on one of our many tours/activities throughout the city.

Let's kick off TripCon 2026 by learning about and experiencing the city we are in - Louisville, KY! Spend the day exploring on free tours and activities throughout the city.

Then, we'll kick of the night with an epic welcome party.

Spend the day getting inspired, reconnecting and networking, and hearing from our incredible speakers - all only possible at TripCon.

Our final day will be filled with the buzzing activity of interviews between recruiting Tour Operators, a full schedule of education sessions, and an epic farewell gala to remember.

TourWeek participants will have the opportunity to conduct their traditional tour clinics during the morning hours. Meanwhile, additional tours and activities will be available for you to take advantage of before your departure flights.
