The event will take place at the Francis Marion hotel, so be sure to book there if you want to be as close as possible to all of the activities. The Hampton Inn is located just two blocks from the Francis Marion and will be just as convenient to everything happening at TripCon'25!

Other Notes

You are of course free to stay anywhere in Charleston. We chose the above hotels to best show Charleston, and because the evenings events will take place nearby. There are a few other hotels in the downtown area - however, we've been advised by the city of Charleston that most will sell out months before TripCon'25 takes place - so be sure to secure your space today!

The $99 deposit secures your spot at TripCon 2025 and is nonrefundable.  The remaining cost of your ticket will be due by May 1, 2025. Tickets are always transferrable up until the start of the event, however, after May 1, 2025 the ticket is non-refundable. 

*You can always transfer your ticket to anyone on our waitlist for a $50 fee, however, if you find someone on your own, there is no charge to transfer. 

We offer travel insurance as part of travel protection plans from our partner TripAssure.

To cover you for the unforeseen, we encourage participants to purchase travel insurance, which may include benefits for trip cancellation, trip interruption, missed connection, travel delay, medical expense/emergency evacuation, baggage and personal effects, baggage delay and more.
